Roundhouse Exchange

Project Description

Roundhouse Exchange is a minium-waste store for Kansas City. The owner of Roundhouse Exchange, Travis Freeman, reached out to me in early 2015 about branding his new business. The company is named after the semi-circular roundhouses used for storing and servicing locomotives. So with an emphasis on durability and repair, I created a logo that actually looked “built” with flathead screws.  I expanded this concept by using exploded diagrams of old trains on the business card – using different variations on the back of the card to give them a more unique, handmade look.
